Having begun as a German tableware manufacturer over 160 years ago, the WMF group is now a collection of brands that represent the best in cooking, drinking and dining. And with almost 6000 employees in 40 locations around the world, there’s a lot of internal communication required to make it all run smoothly.

Throw in the fact that they have over 200 suppliers to manage, and it will come as no surprise that their paper based administration system, was starting to become an issue.


Originally developed by Direct Services for the finance industry, the Data Clarity™ Center is a robust data management system that can be adapted to suit any environment. We made the necessary refinements, allowing the system to help communicate news internally and manage a range of documentation processes. Once completed implementation was simple, and rapidly adopted by the different departments and suppliers.

The paper trail was effectively digitized, and the whole business benefitted.
