As part of our ongoing relationship with clients, we offer a range of general installation and operational functions, and even the option of an active support desk if required.

Once a software solution has been developed, it will of course be rigorously tested. After that we can help with pre-staging, installation, upgrades and preventative services. User training modules can also be developed if necessary.

A database of documents can be provided for instant access, along with an online chat function for further queries, even an active hotline for more tricky questions.
